Meet our cheeky lad, Humphrey!

He was brought into us because the other rabbit in his previous home unfortunately attacked him quite badly, this left him with a lot of scarring and he is now partially blind due to this.
We have also noticed Humphrey is deaf but gets around very well once he knows the area.

Humphrey is a very sociable rabbit who loves a good run around and exploring his grass run.
One of his favourite activities is sitting in his litter tray whilst he’s munching on hay.
He is good to handle and enjoys a good cwtch once he knows you are there.
He has also been known to give a good lick if you scratch the right spot!

Unfortunately we have no suitable candidates to bond Humphrey with so we are unsure how he will react but we believe he would enjoy the company of a rabbit to help guide him or he could possibly go on his own as long as he gets plenty of interaction during the day as we do not know how he will react when meeting another rabbit due to his history. .

Humphrey is a lovely rabbit and his new owners will be very lucky to have him as part of the family. Humphreys potential adopters will also need to understand that his new home may need to be adapted for him to get around easier due to his disabilities.

*** Rabbits are active and will need an environment with plenty of room to hop, run, dig and stand fully upright on their back legs as well as stretch out when laying. They need a large living area and a secure shelter where they can rest, feel safe and are protected from predators, extremes of weather and temperature. ***
